i can relate to this i've been fighting the pass 5 years for my 4 grandkids that were removed from my home last monday i was accused of kidnapping my granddaughter as this had made the 7th time she has ran away from foster care she always comes here as cps is quite aware of this they know where to find her but this last time i reported a man 36 years old getting her drunk cps is just a little upsett with me so there fore now are accuseing me of kidnapping her what wont they stop at doing this is a very nice site you have here good luck and god bless you millie

MARK WE ARE WITH YOU - GOD BLESS THE NEW MEXICO COURT OF APPEALS ALBUQUERQUE (AP)
The state Court of Appeals has denied a petition by a two-year-old boy’s adoptive parents to rehear a custody case.
The latest decision, filed last week, affirms the court’s previous conclusion that state District Judge John Pope in Valencia County erred when he terminated the parental rights of the biological father, Mark Huddleston.
Huddleston claims he didn’t know he had fathered a child until after the baby was given up for adoption.
Bobby A. and Rosario Romero have raised the boy as their own since he was three days old.
The appellate court said the judge wrongly based his decision on Huddleston’s actions before the baby’s birth and not what he did after the birth.
The appellate court reversed Pope’s decision and remanded the case back for a hearing to determine who should have custody of the child.

I wish I could get involved in some way to help children that have to go through this. I can only tell you that I feel your pain. I am not in any way able to help you fight this but I will pray for you. I ask that you pray for me and my babies we miss each other so much. Unlike your babies mine know I am here and I know they are there. We can not see each other because their mother takes her anger out on them when she knows they want to see me so I suffer in silence and pray for the day they are grown. As far as the courts, they don't care about you or your babies or me or my babies they only care about the money they make from doing them wrong. God help them on judgement day for my conscious is clear.

The loss of a grandchild through adoption, I just do not understand. Those that allow this to happen, the judges, the caseworker, etc. have to be from a heartless world. I just cannot believe that there are so many people that think they are doing the right thing for children, when they are doing the wrong thing. However, it is a money making business to remove children from birth relatives in many cases, such as mine. I have lost my granddaughter who I raised from birth until she was 5 years and 33 days old. Then the courts decided she would be better off with a new family, as they said I was to old. She was born when I was 60. There are so many grandparents in this country that lose the right to raise their grandchildren simply because it is profitable to the agencies to move them into new families. The federal government provides billions of dollars from our social security fund each year to do this and no one knows it, except those it happens to. The rest of the world has no idea it is going on. I am about to lose my granddaughter forever on August 14. It is heartbreak that can never heal.

We are facing exactly what you have, our entire family will lose these children. This has been the intent for more than three years. They have dangled the children like bait most likely to further the pain they cause. The courts are not aware because of corruption within the agency. The difference for us, the actions are committed by DHS. The biological mother is the danger to the children. That has been established without refute. But because of her issues this entire family is suffering. I have so much to share but am today preparing for ahnother court date tomorrow. In tomorrows court an expert psychologist is expected to testify. Her testimony will request that all family will lose contact permenantly in order for the children to be adopted into a questionable family. Her statement is this should be done in order to get the department employees out of the childrens lives immediately because they are the entire cause of the damage already recognized and inflicted upon these babies. Therefore the family pays so very dearly for the illegal and intentionl acts of a corrupt set of parties who care nothing at all about children.

We will have all information for our "Adopt-A-Highway" program...as well as our campaign to collect pony tails for "Locks of Love" Parental Alienation Awarness.com will be going us. Robin will be flying in from Florida. She will be making the route with us. We are setting up a tent and table for her so she can pass out their flyers and information. Hello My Friend, Let me first say I am so sorry that you have been placed in this situation between your Mom and Dad. No child should be made to choose between the two people that made them. Do you know how to contact your Dad? Are you allowed to use the phone? Do you know any of your Dads family? Are you able to contact them? I feel sure that if your Dad knew you wanted him he would be there for you. You are 16 years old and that is old enough to be able to tell your Mom or a Judge that you want to talk with your Dad. You have to be the voice that breaks this cycle for the kids today. If you don't make yourself heard, no one will listen and this will continue to happen. I don't see your Mom as the stronger person, she is the one in control legally (most of the time). LEGALLY YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO BOTH PARENTS--GOD GAVE YOU THAT and YOU have to be strong enough to say I WANT MY DADDY!!!!!!!!!!!
