Hello my name is David, I have been fighting for my daughter Chelsea for about 2 years, there have been alot and I mean alot of signs of abuse. I have tons of pictures to prove it. My daughter is 2 1/2 and she has had more than 20 babysetters, I have noterized letters from 14 and the horrible stories from them about how my daughter was treated and how dirty she was, how many bruises, how many diaper rashes, moldy bottles, no clothes in the winter...etc etc etc. She has been babyset in 4 homes with registered sex offenders in the home, 2 of which the men have babyset Chelsea on their own. She has been turned in by me, my wife, her own parents, half a dozen babysetters and nothing has been done. When we went to our local DFS about that they said as long as the mother knew about it, then it was ok. Its not ok!!!I have a copy of an abandonment notice where she left their home and left everything including baby pics, baby books, clothes, asthma meds for my daughter. Alot of antibiotics that were never gave or opened. My wife knew the landlord and we got to go in and film that and take what we could. The roaches were so bad they were even in the fish tank. It was the nasty house I had ever seen! When I did get to see her after she was a year old, everytime she came to my home she was so dirty we had to bathe her just to hold her she smelled so bad, we have taken pictures everytime, one where she has poo all over her shirt. There are so many more things that have happened, on her birthday her mother gave her cough medicine with codine right before I got her and then called and laughed about it.....this is on tape, the pictures on that are so sad you can see how druged up she was. We filed for a GAL thinking that would work but the GAL said maybe she doesnt know any better. My daughters mother got married to a man that she only knew for 2 months that is in the airforce, and because of what our BAD GAL said she was able to move my baby girl to California until Oct 2007, The bad thing about this besides now Chelsea wont even be safe everyother weekend being at my home, but my ex is now writting me nasty emails telling me that I am now David and the new man is DADDY. Even though we have joint custody. Through this whole thing with everything I have on her, my attourney has gave me high hopes, who wouldnt? I am a good man and a good daddy. I thought there would be justice. I will continue to keep fighting for her, We are filing for a new GAL in two weeks. What really makes me mad is that this whole time our State of Missouri has been paying for her attourney and I have paid over $8000.00 and I am the good parent. I just really want to know if anyone has any suggestions about this and direction I can go. What more can I do to get my child out of a home where she is not cared for and where she is abused? I need help!! I am so deperate! Please if anyone could help me please let me know!
