If you will hold your mouse over the year you would like to look at, the months of that year will pop up to the right of the year. Hold your mouse over the month you would like to look at and click. Anything that is in Our Journal for that month and year will then be on the screen for you to read. Examples are listed below. To get these entries, you hold your mouse over the year 1988, then move down the list of months until you get to November and click one time. You may pick any year and any month in that year to see the entries for that time period. 11/19/1988 My son is going to be a Father I was at the Christmas Parade. My oldest son and his wife were in the parade. I was walking and all of a sudden I saw my youngest son's girl friend. I walked up to talk to her and she told me she was pregnant. I was stunned. I walked away with very mixed feelings. I was going to be a grandmother, my son was gonna be a daddy. My grandchild's parents were not married. BUT, I was gonna be a grandmother, WOW! What a feeling. I have a grandchild on the way and that will change my life forever. God what a blessing!!! No matter how it happened, this child will be part of me, and I will love it with all my heart. Thank you God for this little life that is headed into my heart. 11/24/1988 THANKSGIVING Christopher wanted me to cook a big dinner for him. I did and he didn't show up. He spent the day in Alabama with Barbara's family. I was so sad all day, but I guess when your babies fall in love, they tend to ignore you, cause they know you will always be there when they do come back. 1
